本設備適用于中藥、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐系醇沉(亦稱(chēng)換溶或醇桿)舊工藝開(kāi)發(fā)的專(zhuān)用設備，主要用于中藥水煎液濃縮后濃縮進(jìn)行冷凍灌溫酒精沉淀的操作，也可用中藥提后濃縮液進(jìn)行水沉淀的操作。

性能特點(diǎn)

本設備是由附夾套的橢圓封頭。錐形底的圓筒體，內安裝三葉式攪拌以及特殊的微調旋出液管等組裝而成，中藥水煎濃縮采用加入酒精配成一定醇度的液體，然后常溫，低溫冷凍沉降進(jìn)行液固分離，以提高中藥提取液的純度及澄明度。本設備全部選用不銹鋼SUS304制造，配有高壓水自動(dòng)噴淋清洗系統，夾套中可通低溫冷卻水，傳動(dòng)部位采用機械密封、防爆電機確保生產(chǎn)安全，符合GMP醫藥標準，設備表面鏡面或亞光處理。
